Shipping Information
BioJak ships all orders with care, discretion, and consistency to help protect product integrity during transit.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within Argentina only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates by Location
Buenos Aires Province & CABA:
Orders shipped within Buenos Aires Province and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) are charged a flat shipping fee of USD $7.
Rest of Argentina:
For all other provinces, shipping is quoted after purchase. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the shipping cost and delivery details before dispatch.
Please note: Shipping fees for locations outside Buenos Aires/CABA are not calculated at checkout.
Shipping Method
- Orders ship via tracked domestic carriers within Argentina.
- Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.
- Shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically (when available).
Packaging
All orders are securely packaged and discreetly labeled, prepared to help protect vial integrity during transport.
Address Accuracy
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.
- If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender.
Carrier Delays / Lost Packages
- Carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier first, then message us with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Returns / No Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Opened, used, or handled products cannot be resold or reused.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the packaging and product
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement shipment at our discretion.
